You can find out about your servicing process by calling +48 606 649 549 (mobile operator’s rates apply) and by e-mailing serwis@dynaxo.pl. If you do not provide the cooktop for inspection, the required range of repairs and repair costs cannot be established and the Client cannot make the decision to repair the cooktop.

Informację o sposobie załatwienia zgłoszenia serwisowego można uzyskać telefonicznie pod numerem +48 606 649 549 (opłata według stawek operatora sieci komórkowej) oraz pocztą elektroniczną: serwis@dynaxo.pl. Brak przekazania płyty do zbadania jej przez Serwis, uniemożliwia ustalenie zakresu wymaganej naprawy, wyceny kosztów naprawy oraz podjęcie decyzji przez Klienta o naprawie płyty.
